Claim Department Contact Numbers

Many of the Insurers we deal with have 24 hour Direct Dial telephone numbers enabling them to assist you in the event of a Claim outside of our normal office hours.

This page is designed specifically to assist our existing clients. Before contacting your Insurer you are should have your Policy details to hand as you will be asked for your Policy number.

If you are calling from Europe please remember to dial 0044 first, you should also ignore the first 0 in the area code.

Please remember that Insurers pass information to each other using the Motor Insurance Database (MID) and Claims Underwriting Exchange (CUE). Insurers will use the data they collect when you contact them and check that data against the appropriate register. This assists the Insurers in Detecting and Preventing Fraud. You should also note that at the time of taking out Your Insurance you must disclose any facts materiel to your Insurance to us, failure to do so may render your Policy inoperative in the event of a Claim. If you are in doubt over whether or not a fact is material then you should disclose it for consideration!.
